Reading your own books

In the Library, tap + and choose Import EPUB to add a DRM-free EPUB from Files. Tap the middle of a page to show the controls; the button at the bottom right opens Themes & Settings and Contents.

iCloud sync

Your library, reading positions, bookmarks and settings sync through your own private iCloud. Settings › iCloud shows the status and Sync Now. Downloaded chapters and imported EPUB files stay on the device that has them.

Sources

Zen Novel Reader comes with no books and no sources, and this project does not publish or recommend any. A source is a plugin someone else writes. To add one, open the Sources tab and paste its link. Only add plugins from people you trust, and respect the terms of the websites they read.

Privacy

Zen Novel Reader collects no data. Read the privacy policy.
